About 
Tom Woolley

TW Brokers was founded by Tom Woolley, an ACII-qualified Chartered Insurance Broker – the highest professional standard in the industry – and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He has more than 23 years’ experience in health insurance and employee benefits.

Tom began his career at AXA, one of the UK’s leading insurers, where he worked as an underwriter and later built and led successful sales teams. At the other end of the spectrum, he has also worked for an independent broker. He understands both sides of the process – how insurers price and structure their policies, and how to negotiate the best terms for clients.

Now an independent broker, Tom works directly with businesses of all sizes, with access to the whole of the market and no ties to any single provider. His focus is simple: finding the most suitable, cost-effective solutions for every client.
